What is the installation procedure?
Installation will be done via online mode only by our installation team and
it will take 1 business day to complete installation procedures.
What is software training procedure?
We will provide 3 days of software training via online mode by our installation team free of
cost.
How much is additional online training charges?
Besides free online training, We provide additional online training to our customers at a price
of Rs.1500/day.
What is hardware & networking support policy?
Any hardware & networking support must be provided by respective hardware companies during
the
implementation procedures from the client side.
What is the installation prerequisite to be provided by the customer?
Stable Hi-Speed Internet /LAN Infrastructure must be Available @ Client location for
implementation & support.
What is data migration policy?
Data Migration from existing software shall be charged separately based on the data and time
required to do the same. Customer has to provide the data in importable excel format files.
Payment Policy
What is the software licensing policy?
Above plan charges listed in the plan pricing are for 1 store only. Multi branches will be charged
accordingly based on number of stores.
Do you provide customization in the software?
Above quotation is only for prepackaged software solution. Customization charges will be charged
extra based on the work that is outside the scope of prepackaged solution.
How much is the client licensing charges?
A client is any additional system or tablet or mobile that is accessing the software other than
server computer on which software is installed. We charges Rs.10,000/- per client license and it is
one-time payment like our plan charges.
100% Advance Payment to be made during software purchase. 18% GST will be charged additionally on
software plan charges as applicable.
We strictly don’t have any refund or cancellation policy once order is booked.
What are different payment modes to make payment?
We prefer online payments done via NEFT or RTGS or IMPS to our bank account. On special cases, we do
accept other payment modes like cheque and cash.
Do you have special pricing?
We engage in fair and transparent pricing model for our customers irrespective PAN India and
henceforth, there is no special pricing available. However, we do run some discount campaigns
regularly which customers can participate and get some good discounts on our standard pricing.
Support Policy
Do you provide onsite services?
We are a complete remotely managed software firm and we prefer to provide our services remotely to
eliminate additional costs for our customers. However, onsite services are provided at additional
charges of Rs.2000/Visit. Lodging, Food & Transportation is charged extra.
What are your AMC Charges post 1 year of implementation?
We don’t have mandatory policy for customers to subscriber to AMC policy to eliminate additional
charges for our customers. However, If any customers wants to engage in AMC, below are our standard
AMC rates:
1. 10% of Total Software Cost – Email Support
2. 20% of Total Software Cost – Phone Support
3. 30% of Total Software Cost – Direct Visit Support
What is post implementation support policy?
For any support or queries during & post implementation, you shall follow centralized support center
system for quick response time and raise a ticket from our support system integrated in our
software.
Do you provide knowledge base or video tutorials?
We do provide comprehensive knowledge base covering all the modules and features of our software and
it can be accessed from our support system integrated in the application. Additionally, we do have
video tutorials in multiple languages for our customers.
Trial Software Policy
Do you provide free software trial?
We are confident about our software and we would want our customers to take informed decision.
Henceforth, we provide 1 week of free software trial and customer can signup in seconds using our
sign up option provided in our website. However, we do not provide on-premise software trial
implementation.
Some of the features don’t match my process and unable to make purchase decision.
We provide free trial for our customers to understand product and its features to make better
informed decisions. But, it is not your final product that will be delivered by us since we have
200+ predefined settings that is customized during implementation to suit your business process. So,
